I think this might be a great communication tool - all the info you want when you want it.
Don't forget to check the contents for other questions to answer. You get to see everyone else's response too!

Great idea... the fewer emails we have to trawl through the better! It will make it easier to keep up with events having everything sourced in one location.

Looks great! Easy to use. I like the idea of being able to view others' comments. This feature helps me get a better sense of were everyone is at.
